Samenvatting

Achtergrond De Cochrane Collaboration heeft 3 reviews gepubliceerd over de behandeling van chronische pijn met gabapentine, carbamazepine en antidepressiva. Veel patiënten met chronische pijn hebben neuropathische pijn, die niet goed reageert op normale pijnstillers als NSAID’s, paracetamol of opiaten. Neuropathische pijn komt, in enige mate
