Survivors of sudden cardiac arrest without structural heart abnormalities and with no evident underlying trigger usually receive an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) for secondary prevention. This case confirms that survivors are still at risk for recurrence of these life-threatening arrhythmias, even after many years. …
