Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk worden de verschillende intrinsieke en extrinsieke verkleuringen van endodontisch behandelde elementen besproken. Het is belangrijk de oorzaak van de verkleuring te kennen om het resultaat van de bleekmethode in te kunnen schatten. De verschillende bleekmethoden komen aan de orde, evenals de mogelijke complicaties daarvan. Tot slot worden de klinische procedures van de walking bleach-methode en het intern bleken van een geoblitereerde pulpaholte beschreven.
