Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk worden in het kort enige fysiologische kenmerken van dentogene pijn besproken. Daarnaast komen de verschillende soorten dentogene pijn aan de orde, zoals dentinegevoeligheid, parodontitis apicalis, de verschillende vormen van pulpitis, parodontale overbelasting, kroon- en wortelfracturen, napijn en persisterende pijn na een wortelkanaalbehandeling.
